User-to-user platform notice

Voucha is a user-to-user exchange platform. Users are responsible for the content they upload and share. Voucha does not originate voucher content and does not claim ownership of user-submitted voucher material.

No code generation or cracking

Voucha does not generate, reverse-engineer, crack, or bypass voucher codes. The platform only processes user-submitted voucher data to perform validation, duplicate checks, and exchange workflow operations.

How to submit a copyright complaint

If you believe your copyrighted material has been used in a way that constitutes infringement, submit a written notice containing:

  • Your contact details (name, email, and address).
  • Identification of the copyrighted work.
  • Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on Voucha.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized.
  • A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, you are authorized to act.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Response process

After receiving a valid notice, Voucha may remove or disable access to the challenged content and may take account-level action when appropriate. Repeated infringement can result in account suspension or termination.
